When appointments cannot be kept, I am happy to reschedule without charge for a different time of day or a different day of the same week whenever possible. If it is not possible to reschedule your appointment within the same week, it is my policy to charge for the missed appointment. This cost cannot be passed along to insurance companies. Naturally, you are welcome to discuss this policy with me, and I regret any inconvenience it may cause you. However, in order to maintain the high level of services that I provide to my clients, it is imperative that the financial aspect of my practice operate efficiently as well.
